Lost items
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact your local carrier first. We are happy to help file a claim, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find a solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the situation

Custom Order Policies
Design and Customization Details
Customers either fill out the form, providing color, design from samples, and sizing, as well as an option to choose the yarn, or can email design inspirations if wanting something not provided by samples. We will be in contact with the customer during the design process to make sure everything is to their liking
Payment Policy
If item is $50 or more, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we will begin production, then the rest must be paid before being shipped
Production Time
Custom orders typically take 2-4 weeks after the design process is finalized depending on size and current order volume
Changes and Approval
Customer will give approval at end of design process. No changes will be able to be made once production starts
Cancellations
Custom orders will not be abled to be cancelled once production starts
Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom sales are final

Each item is handmaid and may have slight variations to make it unique
